What You'll Be Doing:
As a Network Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing robust LAN and WLAN infrastructures for a diverse portfolio of mid-sized and enterprise clients across Germany. You'll lead customer rollouts, translating complex network solutions into clear, actionable plans—always with a client-friendly approach. Working hand-in-hand with sales, project management, and vendor partners, you'll have the space to take real ownership of your projects from end to end.
You'll be part of a close-knit engineering team of six, operating within a flat, collaborative structure that values curiosity, clear communication, and technical excellence. This isn't just a place to deliver solutions—it's a place to grow. Whether you're mentoring others, experimenting with new automation tools like Ansible or NetBox, or diving into manufacturer certifications, you'll have the autonomy and support to shape your path and push your skills forward.
What You Bring:Strong expertise in LAN & WLAN network planning and implementation
Hands-on experience with customer project delivery
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
Tech Stack:
Proficiency with Ansible, Python, NetBox (or similar automation tools)
Familiarity with WiFi planning tools like Ekahau or Hamina
Nice to Have:
Experience in a consulting or customer-facing environment
Manufacturer certifications (Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
Broader experience with network automation platforms
Flexible hybrid working – remote-first with regular client interaction (up to 40% travel)
Fully supported certifications & personal development paths
Strong team spirit with regular events and open communication
Work with modern tools and forward-thinking engineers
