For our major client, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Engineer – OT & IoT (m/f/d)

Project Description:
In this project, you will help ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies across operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) environments. You will play a key role in implementing safeguards, conducting audits, and supporting awareness campaigns. This position is critical for maintaining security and compliance in sensitive OT and IoT settings and for proactively minimizing risks.

Project Parameters:
Start: September 2025
Duration: 9–12 months
Workload: Full-time
Location: Remote (EU-based preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Apply cybersecurity requirements across infrastructure, data, networks, and software
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and track remediation measures
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for sensitive roles
- Collaborate with IT to enforce training and access protocols
- Report on KPIs related to compliance and risk mitigation

Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in OT/IoT cybersecurity and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with internal digital systems and relevant threat landscapes
- Strong auditing and documentation skills
- Fluent in English and German

Special Challenges:
- Deep integration into the client's internal security architecture required
- High sensitivity due to access to critical systems and data
