AI/ML Engineer
, der/die
Generative AI-Lösungen auf Enterprise-Niveau
konzipiert und umsetzt. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du mit führenden Unternehmen zusammen, um
maßgeschneiderte GenAI-Systeme auf Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
zu entwickeln, zu optimieren und zu operationalisieren.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von
    maßgeschneiderten GenAI-Lösungen
    mit Foundation Models (z. B. PaLM, Gemini, BERT, T5) und Open-Source-LLMs
  • Aufbau skalierbarer, produktionsreifer Pipelines für GenAI-Anwendungen (z. B. Textzusammenfassungen, Chatbots, Codegenerierung)
  • Integration von
    Prompt Engineering
    ,
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    und
    Vektorsuche
    mit Vertex AI und ScaNN
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Data Engineers, Solution Architects und Product Ownern zur Umsetzung von End-to-End AI/ML-Lösungen
  • Optimierung und Fine-Tuning von LLMs für branchenspezifische Anwendungsfälle mit JAX, TensorFlow oder PyTorch
  • Operationalisierung von Modellen mit
    CI/CD, Monitoring, A/B-Testing
    und Rollback-Strategien via MLOps auf GCP
  • Beratung von Kundenteams zu GenAI-Adoption, Cloud-Architektur und ethischer KI-Implementierung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, KI, Machine Learning oder einem verwandten Bereich – oder gleichwertige Praxiserfahrung
  • Mindestens
    5 Jahre Erfahrung in AI/ML Engineering
    , davon
    mind. 2 Jahre im Bereich Generative AI
    (LLMs, Diffusionsmodelle etc.)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in
    GCP AI/ML-Services
    , insbesondere Vertex AI (Workbench, Pipelines, Feature Store etc.)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
    Python
    und Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau robuster Datenpipelines auf GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
  • Tiefes Verständnis von Deep Learning, NLP, neuronalen Netzen und ML-Algorithmen
  • Vertraut mit
    MLOps-Prinzipien
    und Tools zur Modellbereitstellung und -überwachung

  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1/C2 Level in Wort und Schrift

  • Zertifizierung erforderlich
    : Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer oder vergleichbar (z. B. AWS/Azure ML)


Wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung mit generativer Suche und Enterprise-Chat-Systemen (Vektordatenbanken, LLM APIs)
  • Kenntnisse in AI-Governance, Bias-Mitigation und Responsible AI
  • Erfahrung mit GitHub Actions, Terraform oder Kubernetes für KI-Deployments
  • Veröffentlichungen oder Open-Source-Beiträge im Bereich AI/ML oder GenAI
