What you will do:

As a Marketplace Growth Specialist, you will focus on owning and scaling two core product lines of our platform , Verified Listing (VL) and Professional Agent (PA). You will also take on the key role in driving adoption, behavior change, and building a repeatable Trust system for 2026+ onwards. With that given, your role responsibility will be including but not limited to:

  • Drive adoption of Verified Listings by increasing agent usage and ensuring listing accuracy and quality.
  • Boost Professional Agents performance with clear upgrade paths, incentives, and productivity programs.
  • Develop the Trust roadmap including quality score frameworks, reward mechanisms, and new trust‑building features.
  • Design frameworks to influence agent behavior and encourage responsible, high‑quality practices.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance Trust features based on insights and agent feedback.
  • Work with GTM teams to craft value propositions and create adoption playbooks that drive engagement.
  • Leverage data analytics to uncover insights, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize initiatives for maximum impact.

  • Achieve measurable growth in Verified Listings and Professional Agents adoption.
  • Establish Trust as a scalable, embedded system rather than one‑off campaigns.
  • Deliver stronger listing quality and elevate agent professionalism across the platform.
  • Position Vietnam as the benchmark market for Trust within PropertyGuru.

What you should have:

  • Minimum 3–4 years in growth, GTM, product marketing, consulting, or marketplace operations.
  • Proven problem-solving and structured thinking.
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Shows creativity, structured thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives.
