As a Guru you will be accountable for:Own and scale Verified Listing (VL) and Professional Agent (PA)
Drive adoption, behavior change, and build a repeatable Trust system for 2026+
Build the Trust roadmap (quality score, incentives, new features).
Create approach frameworks to shift agent behaviors.
Partner with Product on Trust feature improvements.
Work with GTM to deliver clear value propositions & adoption playbooks.
Use data to derive insights, diagnose bottlenecks, and prioritize work.
Fast thinker (quick, structured logic).
Analytical (comfortable with tables, deriving insights).
High taste/judgment (clean logic, clean messaging).
Creative approach (new ways to solve hard problems).
Comfortable with ambiguity (can build from zero).
