Assistant to the Managing Director

As an independent subsidiary of the globally active Hunter Douglas Group, Blocker is the leading supplier of decorative interior sun protection systems. Do you want to contribute your skills in a responsible position directly alongside our management? Then become part of our team as Assistant to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Intensive support of the management in organizational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
  • Research and data analysis for decision preparation
  • Appointment Management
  • Organization of meetings, meetings and business trips
  • Coordination of cross-divisional projects
  • Management of corporate events
  • Preparation of presentations, minutes, annual reports and reports
  • Contact person and interface for internal and external contacts

About you:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or completed business studies
  • Professional experience in a comparable function
  • Very good handling of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook) Power Point, Teams
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Independent, structured and reliable way of working
  • Confident and friendly appearance
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Service mentality and service orientation
  • High degree of integrity and sense of responsibility
