Admin Networks & Security (m/w/d)Du bist Fachinformatiker oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation? Zudem hast du Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Analysieren und Lösen komplexer technischer Fragestellungen mit? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Admin Networks & Security (m/w/d).
Deine Aufgaben:
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden bei technischen Problemen und Änderungsanfragen
- Analyse der Kundenanfragen und Störungsbehebung mithilfe verschiedener Monitoring- und Überwachungssysteme
- Konfiguration von Routern und Firewalls auf Basis von Sicherheitskonzepten
- Durchführung von Änderungen an Firewalls und CPE-Geräten
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von IT-Projekten
- Erstellung und Statusverfolgung von Störungsmeldungen bei Lieferanten
Dein Profil:
- Ausbildung/Studium im IT-Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen TCP/IP, Ethernet und DSL
- Produktkenntnisse Router und Firewalls
- Kommunikationstalent sowie Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Immer offen für Neues, Interesse an lebenslangem Lernen
