Your tasks

We are looking for a dedicated Senior UX Designer for our headquarter in Munich to help us drive the user experience of our digital solutions to the next level. Your goal is to create easy, positive and relevant state of the art experiences for our users.
  • Conduct weekly or biweekly user research through interviews and usability testing to gather insights
  • Interpret qualitative feedback and translate findings into UX design improvements
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support an iterative design process
  • Collaborate with UI Designers  
  • Apply continuous discovery habits by testing assumptions, refining ideas and prioritizing based on real user data. 
  • Partner with developers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation 


Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field 
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing on and offline 
  • Familiarity with Continuous Discovery techniques, including opportunity solution trees and assumption testing 
  • Very good understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
  • Strong user centric mindset
  • Experienced in the common sketching/prototyping tools like Figma as well as Pen & Paper
  • Fluent in English and ideally also in German with strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • A passion for cars and/or relevant experience working on automotive topics
