WHY THIS IS YOUR CHANCE:

This role is ideal if you aspire to become a founder yourself. PULT has already produced three founders, and now we're looking to expand the PULT mafia with you.

As our first Founders Associate, you'll work side-by-side with our founder and growth team, taking on high-impact projects that will directly shape our commercial and operational success.

Your focus: discovering and scaling new growth channels, driving international expansion, and automating the engine room of our business. You'll be hands-on where it matters most.

This is your chance to be part operator, part entrepreneur, part growth hacker—and to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.

Tasks

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Growth (70%)

  • Drive strategic projects across business development and GTM
  • Test, validate, and scale new growth channels to expand our reach
  • Support our international expansion (with a strong focus on the US)
  • Measure, analyze, and report on strategy, campaigns, and performance

Operations (30%)

  • Design, optimize, and automate internal processes and operations
  • Help scale our finance setup (accounting, forecasting, business cases)
  • Support with investor updates and reporting
Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Academic excellence: Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top university (Business, Economics, STEM, or related)
  • Proven track record: 1–3 years in Tier 1/2 consulting, Investment Banking, high-growth startups / VCs—or you've founded a company yourself
  • High ownership: You take initiative, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity
  • Strong communicator: Excellent written & verbal skills in English and German
  • Impact-driven: You care about technology and want to build something meaningful
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Hungry to learn what it takes to run a startup
  • Based in Hamburg: We believe being close to the action is crucial (hybrid possible)
