YOUR TASKS
In the Electronics division at the Schortens location, you will be responsible as a Software Team Leader for an (international) team of software developers focused on innovative car access systems.
- Leading a group in developing software for vehicle access systems within the Electronics division
- Professional and technical leadership of the team in product-related software development
- Disciplinary leadership and ensuring employees' qualifications and further training
- Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload management
- Ensuring adherence to project and customer milestones
- Responsible for both efficiency and quality, as well as early identification of potential risks
- Supporting cross-functional and global collaboration between project teams
- Participating in alignment with suppliers and customers
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable degree
- Experience in software and system development under automotive conditions; experience with AI is a plus
- Knowledge in Embedded C, AUTOSAR, and functional safety is desirable
- Leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities with global suppliers and customers
- Ability to independently develop conceptual solutions and experience in cost management and development processes
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written, are required
