Tasks
Would you like to get a taste of practical experience and put your organizational skills to the test? Then you've come to the right place

Your tasks will depend on current needs, priorities and your strengths and may include the following aspects:

  • Collecting and analyzing data and creating business cases and reports
  • Knowledge management
  • End-to-end process analysis, process optimization and redesign
  • Conception and implementation of benchmarks for innovative solutions
  • Stakeholder management
  • Design and implementation of an internal communication platform
  • Collaboration with various LHG teams and departments as well as external partners as part of routine exchanges or to implement defined projects

Requirements

  • You are at least in the third semester of a relevant degree program such as engineering, management or similar.
  • Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
  • You are interested in project management and organizational processes
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English
  • You are a confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
