The Role
In this role, you will act as a strategic enabler of business success by aligning People & Culture initiatives with organizational goals. You will support leaders in creating an environment where people thrive, contribute meaningfully, and drive performance. By combining deep HR expertise with a strong business mindset, you will play a key role in shaping a future-oriented, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.

Your Tasks

• As part of the People & Culture team, you help foster a strong company culture, high engagement, and high performance across the entire organization.
• You act as a proactive and trusted sparring partner for management and leadership in a defined business area on all strategic and operational People & Culture topics.
• As an expert in labor law, you provide ongoing advice to management, leaders, and employees.
• You promote our innovative and agile corporate culture by using modern methods.
• You are responsible for driving selected People initiatives with the goal of continuously improving People & Culture processes within the company.

What You Offer Us

• You are an experienced P&C Consultant / HR Business Partner with at least 5 years of experience.
• Solid expertise in personnel management, labor law, organizational development, change management, leadership development, and people analytics.
• You're passionate about current best practices in HR, have a knack for data, and stay up to date with the latest trends.
• Flexibility, pragmatism, and a quick grasp of complex topics are among your strengths.
• You think strategically and combine this with strong execution skills.
• You're a team player and aren't afraid to support hands-on with administrative tasks.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and see yourself as a peer-level advisor to various stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
