Bei M2 bist du als Director of Delivery der/die Dirigent:in unseres technologischen Orchesters. Du bringst Cloud-Infrastrukturen, Datenplattformen und BI-Lösungen in Einklang und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Projekte nicht nur laufen, sondern begeistern und dein großes Team weiß, was es zu tun hat. Mit dir an der Spitze wird Delivery zur echten Erfolgsstory – für Kund:innen, Kolleg:innen und M2.

Aufgaben
  • Führen, fordern, fördern: Du leitest unsere Delivery-Teams mit Klarheit und Leadership-Skills auf Top-Level.
  • Technologie trifft Strategie: Du entwickelst mit der Geschäftsführung unsere Cloud- & BI-Roadmap weiter und erkennst frühzeitig technologische Gamechanger.
  • Operativer Kompass: Prozesse, Budgets und Infrastruktur liegen in deiner Hand – effizient, skalierbar, zukunftssicher.
  • Kundenfokus mit Beratungs-Gen: Du identifizierst Bedarfe, entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen und sorgst für punktgenaue Umsetzung.
  • Qualitätskultur leben: Du etablierst technische Standards und machst exzellente Delivery zur gelebten Realität.
  • Schnittstellenprofi: Du sorgst für reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Tech, Business und Geschäftsführung.
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Führung großer, interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Tiefes Verständnis moderner Cloud- und Datenarchitekturen (z. B. AWS, Snowflake, Tableau)
  • Strategisches Denken & wirtschaftlicher Weitblick
  • Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln – intern wie extern
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Skills
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Jira, Confluence und ähnlichen Tools
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
