About the role

As
AI Engineer & Agentic Solution Architect
, you will own and evolve the backbone of CertHub's agentic architecture. You design AI agents that mirror real user behavior, understand actual workflows, and solve real problems in regulated environments, not hallucinating chatbots.

Working closely with the founders, product teams, and domain experts, you build reusable, production-grade agentic systems that will power hundreds of AI use cases across legal reasoning, technical documentation, compliance, risk management, and more.

This is a demanding role with real responsibility and visible impact. You will take ownership from day one, work with bleeding-edge models (Claude Opus, GPT-5.x) shipped to production within hours, and access highly confidential data that almost no one else in the world can touch.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and evolve our production agentic architecture (AWS Bedrock, custom orchestration, Agent Code)
• Design reusable, scalable agentic frameworks used across the entire platform
• Implement agent workflows that reflect actual user behavior and MedTech processes
• Collaborate with product, domain experts, and customers to translate real workflows into agent behaviors
• Mentor and guide junior developers building our agentic foundation
• Lead ML/DL experimentation: evaluate models on accuracy, determinism, cost, latency, and reproducibility
• Build microservices and APIs powering agents, NLP, and knowledge automation
• Ensure reliability, compliance-awareness, and safeguards in agent actions

What we're looking for

Required:

• Strong academic background in ML/DL or AI systems (Master's or PhD strongly preferred; exceptional equivalent experience also welcome)
• Deep Python skills (FastAPI, Pydantic, agent frameworks, orchestration tools)
• Production experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, Step Functions, S3, Bedrock)
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and knowledge representation
• Experience with NLP and reasoning systems (Claude, GPT-4.x, etc.)
• Production mindset: retries, queues, monitoring, logging, stability, guardrails
• Passion for building systems that last, not just prototypes

Bonus:

• Experience working directly with product teams and customers
• Background in regulated industries (MedTech, Legal, Finance)
• Track record of building reusable, scalable AI architectures
