About Us

We seek a freelance consultant who embraces innovation and is ready to drive patient care and societal impact via intelligent agentic AI in biomedicine.

What we expect:

· Collaborate closely with founders to define the strategic and technical vision for agentic AI capabilities.

· Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of agentic AI agents to power multi-agent workflows for real-world biomedical applications.

· Architect robust AI systems integrating multiple third-party APIs for seamless data exchange and dynamic tool orchestration.

· Apply best practices in Model Context Protocol (MCP) and large language models (LLMs), leveraging state-of-the-art agent frameworks (CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, etc.).

· Oversee the deployment and management of agentic AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring scalability and reliability.

· Develop prompt engineering and autonomous reasoning solutions to optimize memory, planning, and performance of agent workflows.

· Integrate, secure, and manage APIs spanning health data, analytics, communications, and biomedical informatics

· Enforce data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines in all AI system operations, ensuring compliance in sensitive healthcare contexts

· Translate complex technical concepts into solutions and willingness to iterate for continuous improvement.

What you bring:

Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in building agentic AI agents and multi-agent workflows for complex applications.

· Practical expertise with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integration of third-party APIs for dynamic tool calling and workflow orchestration.

· Ability to design, implement, and monitor agentic systems with production-grade reliability, security, and maintainability.

· Solid grasp of prompt engineering, reasoning, memory utilization, and automated planning within AI workflows.

· Commitment to responsible AI principles, with a focus on ethical and secure data/model use, especially in biomedical or sensitive domains.

· Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork, knowledge transfer, and executive-level reporting.

· Passion for improving patient outcomes and driving meaningful real-world impact.

· Experience with regulatory intelligence or clinical development processes is a plus

· Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex topics effectively
