Das Team Strategy & Transformation bei der ParshipMeet Group gestaltet die Zukunft unserer Geschäftsbereiche Matchmaking sowie Video-/Social-Dating. Als Working Student (all genders) in diesem Team sammelst du praxisnahe Erfahrung in Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, erhältst Einblicke, wie strategische Entscheidungen in einem digitalen Unternehmen getroffen werden und arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Produktbereichen und Märkten zusammen. Für unseren Hauptsitz in Hamburg oder unserem Office in Dresden oder Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt studentische Unterstützung mit mind. 12 Stunden pro Woche.

Was du unbedingt mitbringst  

  • Du bist noch mindestens 12 Monate als Student:in immatrikuliert.

  • Hohes Interesse an Markttrends, KI, Produktinnovationen sowie Online-Dating und Video-/Social-Dating.

  • Solide Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse.

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Research-Daten, in der Analyse von Insights und deren Aufbereitung und Präsentation.

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen in einfache, umsetzbare Zusammenfassungen zu übersetzen.

  • Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse.

Was du idealerweise noch mitbringst

  • Erfahrung in Markt-/ Wettbewerbsanalyse, Strategie, Consulting, Produkt oder Marketing in einem digitalen Umfeld.

  • Erfahrung mit think-cell ist von Vorteil.

  • Eine wirtschaftliche Denkweise, sowie die Fähigkeit eigenständig zu arbeiten.

  • Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

Was dich erwartet 

  • Erstellung eines monatlichen Market-Monitoring-Reports zu Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerberaktivitäten, Markenstärke (Brand Health), Consumer Insights und aufsteigenden Technologien (mit Fokus auf KI).

  • Durchführung systematischer Wettbewerbsrecherchen und Pflege strukturierter, hochwertiger Wettbewerbsdaten.

  • Desk Research zu Markt-, Konsumenten- und Technologiequellen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.

  • Kuratierung und Pflege interner Insight-Kanäle, um Markt- und Wettbewerbswissen leicht zugänglich zu machen.

  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und prägnanten Insight-Zusammenfassungen für Stakeholder in der gesamten Organisation.

  • Einbringen proaktiver Ideen und Denkanstöße auf Basis von Markttrends, Produktinnovationen und KI-Entwicklungen.
