Mail & Package Handling: Assist with sending and receiving mail and packages, including delivering office equipment (e.g., monitors, laptops) to nearby courier points (approximately 200 meters away) Office Culture & Events: Support internal events and social activities to foster team engagement, including assisting with logistics for company gatherings Third-Party Vendors, Collaboration & Office Visits: Assist with facility management tasks (e.g., periodic checks, training). Collaborate with IT and Business Operations on equipment needs, coordinate onsite with cleaning services, handle related requests, and support Health & Safety inspections. Provide assistance during client visits Office Manager Assistance: Support weekly grocery and office supply management. Maintain kitchen areas, refill coffee machines, and ensure readiness for daily use. Help prepare welcome bags for new hires Meeting Support: Assist with meeting preparation, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and organizing materials.  Requirements:  Fluent in English and German (essential for interactions with third-party vendors, via phone, email and in person). Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Employee-centered mindset, proactive, quick learner, and collaborative; prone to give and receive feedback constructively. Solution-oriented and ready to work in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
