Die Gehaltsfindung erfolgt gemäß unserer Vergütungspolicy und basiert auf deiner relevanten Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation, startend ab ca €/p.a. in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

Als Referent:in Financial Statements Lufthansa Technik (LHT) Group bist du verantwortlich für die folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Du verantwortest die Bilanzierungsgebiete im LHT-Abschluss nach IFRS & HGB und übst IFRS Governance in der LHT-Gruppe aus, indem du einheitl. Bilanzierungsverfahren und Richtlinien konzipierst und etablierst
  • Du erstellst und entwickelst die interne & externe Finanzberichterstattung nach IFRS & HGB für Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat & Öffentlichkeit weiter
  • Du überwachst die Accounting Compliance nach IFRS, HGB & Konzernvorgaben und stellst die Einhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit Bereichen und Gesellschaften sicher
  • Du entwickelst Lösungen zu komplexen Bilanzierungsfragen (Accounting Advisory), verfasst prüfungssichere Stellungnahmen und koordinierst Einzel- & Konzernabschlüsse
  • Du führst Sonderthemen & Projekte wie Erstkonsolidierungen, Einführungen neuer Standards und ERP-Gestaltungen eigenverantwortlich

Wir sind verantwortlich für das IFRS Reporting Package, den HGB Abschluss und das konsolidierte Bilanz & GuV Reporting für die LHT und beraten die Segmente, unsere Töchter und das Management in bilanziellen Fragestellungen.

Voraussetzungen

Wir möchten dich gerne persönlich kennenlernen und verzichten daher bewusst auf die Auflistung von Softskills.

Wir freuen uns, wenn du die folgenden Voraussetzungen mitbringst:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Richtung
  • mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Konzernbilanzierung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse der Bilanzierung nach IFRS, HGB und des Konzernrechnungswesens
  • Weiterqualifizierung durch relevante Berufsexamina (z.B. Steuerberater, ACCA, CPA) wünschenswert
  • verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse in von ERP Systemen wie SAP R/3 Modul FI, MS Office
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
