Du wirst Teil unseres Professional Development Teams, einem schnell wachsenden, dynamischen und wichtigen Teil der HR-Abteilung. Gemeinsam mit dem Team hast du die einzigartige Möglichkeit, Prozesse und Programme im Bereich Weiterbildung, Talententwicklung und Employer Branding aktiv mitzugestalten und zu verbessern – sowohl innerhalb der Abteilung als auch organisationsweit.

Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, dich an zusätzlichen Projekten im HR-Umfeld zu beteiligen. Am wichtigsten ist, dass du die alltägliche Arbeit im Bereich Professional Development unterstützt und dabei einen umfassenden Einblick in relevante HR-Prozesse erhältst.

What You'll Do

  • Lerne die Prozesse und Strukturen im Bereich Professional Development und HR in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen kennen
  • Einblicke in Stakeholder-Management und Aufbau nachhaltiger interner Beziehungen, insbesondere zwischen HR, Fachabteilungen und Hochschulpartnern
  • Unterstützung beim Kooperationsmanagement mit Universitäten sowie dem Aufbau und der Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften zur Stärkung der Unternehmenspräsenz an Universitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der der Erweiterung des internen Weiterbildungsangebots sowie der Planung und Umsetzung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen und Initiativen zur Mitarbeiterentwicklung

What You'll Bring

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level)
  • Laufendes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich, z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt HR oder HR Management, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften o.Ä.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und sich ständig verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierte Denkweise mit Blick für das große Ganze und die Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
