Als E-Mail & Lifecycle Marketing Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die gesamte Kundenkommunikation entlang des Lifecycles – von der ersten Interaktion bis zur langfristigen Kundenbindung.

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marke im richtigen Moment mit der richtigen Botschaft präsent ist – persönlich, datenbasiert und mit Stil. Mit deinem Gespür für Timing, Segmentierung und Tonalität machst du E-Mail-Marketing bei CLOUD7 zu einem echten Erlebnis für unsere Kund*innen.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Verantwortung für alle E-Mail-Aktivitäten über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen zur Kundenbindung und Reaktivierung
  • Aufbau und Pflege automatisierter Flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase etc.)
  • Konzeption und Testing neuer Newsletter-Formate und Journeys
  • Analyse von KPIs (CLV, Engagement, Churn) und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brand, E-Commerce und Design
  • Sicherstellung von DSGVO-Konformität und sauberem Consent-Management

Dein Profil:

  • 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Mail- oder CRM-Marketing im D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Segmentierung, Lifecycle-Kommunikation und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Klaviyo und Shopify von Vorteil
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und ein gutes Gespür für Sprache, Timing und Zielgruppen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse
