Leadership Partner / HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
. Bei der Stelle handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Stelle in Teilzeit.

Ihre Spannenden Aufgaben

  • Sie beraten Führungskräfte als zentrale Ansprechperson in allen führungs-, team- und organisationsbezogenen Themen
  • Sie unterstützen die strategische Weiterentwicklung der Bereiche und stellen sicher, dass relevante People-Handlungsfelder adressiert werden
  • Sie begleiten Transformations- und Veränderungsprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit Culture & Change sowie Corporate Strategy
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner zu arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und unterstützen bei Workforce Planning und Personalkostensteuerung
  • Sie wirken bei Betriebsvereinbarungen mit, wollen eigene Projekte leiten und stellen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen People & Culture Teams sicher

Das Bringen Sie Idealerweise Mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit HR- oder wirtschaftsbezogenem Schwerpunkt – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im People & Culture-Umfeld
  • Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften sowie in modernen HR-Prozessen mit und haben bereits als HR Business Partner gearbeitet
  • Sie haben arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitbestimmungsgremien, Kompetenzen im Bereich Global Mobility oder internationale Mitarbeitereinsätze sind von Vorteil
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert – und bewegen sich souverän zwischen operativen Themen und strategischen Fragestellungen
