Marketing Manager - in Vollzeit (m/w/d) gesucht Standort: Jena | Vollzeit

Wir suchen einen neuen Mitarbeiter (M/W/D) als Marketing Manager (m/w/d), der uns bei der Organisation & Planung von Werbekampagnen unterstützt.

Als Marketing Manager/-in (m/w/d) arbeitest du sehr eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen und beschäftigst dich intensiv mit der Entwicklung innovativer Marketingstrategien. Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung bist du Experte und somit direkter Ansprechpartner für die Themen Marketing, Branding, Werbeanzeigen & Funnels.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Eigenständige Erarbeitung von Marketing-Creatives für unseren Social Media Auftritt sowie die Online-Auftritte unserer Kunden
  • Übernahme der Kundenkommunikation
  • Analyse von Markttrends - du bist ein Experte darin, virale Themen zu identifizieren und diese gewinnbringend in unsere eigene Marketingstrategie zu implementieren
  • Organisation, Planung und Begleitung bei der Durchführung von Marketing-Kampagnen und Videodrehs zur Gewährleistung unseres Contentmarketings
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Marketingkennzahlen
  • Verantwortung für die Ideenfindung im Bereich Content Marketing und Content Creation

Gehalt: 3.000€ pro Monat (brutto)

Stellenanforderungen:

  • Leidenschaft für die Themen Marketing, Medien und Kommunikation. Ein Studium und/oder eine Ausbildung in dieser Richtung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
  • Gute Vorkenntnisse in den Bereichen Social Media & Marketing (insbesondere Online-Marketing) sind von Vorteil
  • Die Fähigkeit bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
  • Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, Marketing oder Werbung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig.
