Marketing Director

Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented individual to drive our product growth and development. This role will oversee the implementation of business objectives among sales, marketing, and business development professionals for the EMEA region.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the design win funnel and compare current sales numbers to desired quotas.Delegate tasks among team members and meet with upper management to discuss progress.Identify and close new business opportunities and potential markets with expected revenue generation in 1-3 year timeframe.Develop and manage relationships with strategic distribution and ecosystem partners.Drive growth opportunities with strategic OEM and distribution customers.Support scheduled and ad hoc business reporting on design win funnel, sales forecast, markets, and/or current business trends.Requirements2+ years experience in similar product marketing or sales role.4+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with a semiconductor manufacturer.Strong influencing skills to communicate both up and down in matrix organization.International travel experience in EMEA region.Demonstrated ability to successfully present complex technical topics to audiences from engineering to C-level in both public and private forums.Fluency in English required - German, French, and/or Italian a plus.Willingness to travel internationally, ~25% time expected.
