Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Verbesserung der Qualitätsprozesse im Produktionswerk
  • Bearbeitung interner Reklamationen; Durchführung von Problemanalysen, Erarbeitung von Lösungsoptionen und Umsetzung
  • Durchführung und Bewertung von Qualitätsaudits; Ableitung von Prozessoptimierungen, Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und Ablaufbeschreibungen zur Qualität
  • Ermittlung und Entwicklung von Qualitätskennzahlen; Definition von Prozessparametern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung und Begleitung des Prozesses zur Einführung eines neuen Produktes bis zur Serienreife
  • Mitarbeit an standortübergreifenden Qualitätsprojekten
  • Erstellen und Überarbeitung von Arbeitsanweisungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches bzw. naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen (z. B. QMB)
  • Erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsbereich eines Produktionsbetriebs, idealerweise in der Textilbranche sind wünschenswert
  • Fundiertes Know-how in den gängigen QM-Methoden, statistischen Verfahren sowie Problemlösungstechniken
  • Methodenkompetenz in der Prozessanalyse und erste Erfahrung im Projekt- und Leanmanagement; Materialkunde (Leder, Kunststoff und Klebstoff) ist ein Plus
  • Fit in MS Office sowie Statistiksoftware, bestenfalls SAP
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytisch, proaktiv und pragmatisch
  • Spaß an interdisziplinärer Arbeit
