Because we are looking for a passionate **CO Quality Control Specialist (M/F/x)** to join our team.
Customer Operations is a dynamic large team of 190+ which is responsible for Payments, Customer Services, Player Safety, AML, Verification, Player Safety, Fraud and much more.
As a CO Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the governance and quality standards within our Customer Operations department.
**Your daily pitch**:
- ** Training and Quality Excellence**: Collaborate with operational teams to provide robust training, ensuring a high-quality framework for customer operations excellence. Work together to reduce human errors and enhance overall team performance.
- ** Approval Process Management**: Ensure all processes and procedures undergo a rigorous approval process and are regularly updated to align with industry standards.
- ** Consistent Standards**: Proofread various materials to elevate and maintain consistent quality standards across all documentation.
- ** Collaborative Support**: Assist the lead in various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
**Qualifications** This is how you score with us**:
- **Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, communication, technical writing) or equivalent work experience.
- ** Experience**:Gaming industry experience in Customer Operations or Customer Services. Proven document writing or technical writing experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant role.
- ** Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills.
- ** Proactive**. You are a doer You gained a reputation of being self-motivated and solution oriented.
- ** Organization**: Strong organizational skills to ensure data accuracy and interpretation.
