Als (Senior) AI Product Manager – Automation bei Finmatics gestaltest du den Kern unseres Produktversprechens: die Automatisierung der Buchhaltung. Du maximierst die Erfolgsrate von KI-Vorhersagen und sorgst dafür, dass Kund:innen echte Zeitersparnis und Return-on-Investment erleben. Gemeinsam mit Engineering, UX und Data Science entwickelst du neue Features entlang der Touchless Journey – von robusteren Vorhersagen über smarte Nutzerführung bis hin zur Sichtbarmachung von Automationserfolgen.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
  • Touchless Experience steigern: Du entwickelst systematisch Features, die zu mehr Touchless Bookings führen – also zur vollautomatischen Verarbeitung ohne Nutzerinteraktion.
  • Automationslücken schließen: Du analysierst Daten tiefgehend. Du findest Stellen, an denen Automation scheitert, und entwirfst einfache, wirksame Lösungen mit dem Team.
  • Experimente messen: Du definierst Hypothesen, baust Tests und misst klaren Impact auf unsere North Star-Metrik Touchless Bookings.
  • AI-Evals schreiben: Du definierst Datensätze, Metriken und Pass/Fail-Kriterien.
  • Explainability erhöhen: Du machst für Nutzer:innen verständlich, wann und warum Automation funktioniert – und wie Datenqualität verbessert werden kann.
  • Kundennah arbeiten: Du führst regelmäßige Gespräche und Shadowings mit Steuerberater:innen und Buchhaltungsteams. Du verstehst typische Use Cases im Detail und übersetzt sie in Automatisierungslogik.
  • Produktstrategie mitgestalten: Du priorisierst entlang von Impact und Machbarkeit. Du triffst Entscheidungen schnell und begründet. Du hältst den Scope schlank.
Das bringst du mit:
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-SaaS Product Management mit starkem Datenfokus.
  • Praxis im Aufbau/Optimieren von AI- oder Automatisierungsprodukten. Idealerweise mit Evals, Prompting oder Nutzerführung.
  • Hohe analytische Kompetenz. Du validierst Hypothesen mit Daten und erklärst komplexe Themen einfach.
  • Technisches Verständnis für LLMs und die Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering & Data Science.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (für Kund:innenkontakt), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (intern).

Nice to have

  • Accounting-Know-how (DATEV, Belegverbuchung, etc).
  • Erfahrung mit Data Warehouses (Google BigQuery) & Datenvisualisierung (Looker Studio)
