About The Opportunity:

• We're looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to help shape our public event calendar and bring private events to life at Kalle Halle Neukölln and Manifesto Potsdamer Platz.
• This role sits at the intersection of creativity, planning, and smooth execution. You'll conceptualize and plan public events, support the commercial team with private events, and work closely with Operations to make sure every event runs smoothly.

How we see the role & what you will do:

• Public Events & Entertainment (Concept, Plan, Deliver)
  • Create concepts for public events that match our brand and drive footfall.
  • Build event plans including budgeting, timelines, vendor selection, and program curation (music, workshops, hosts, partners).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, F&B partners) to align expectations.
  • Manage external vendors and partners.
  • Prepare internal event briefs and documentation.
  • Oversee post-event reporting and learnings.
  • Support Operations during on-site execution (Operations leads execution; you support alignment before and during).
    
    
• Private Events (Sales and Operations Bridge)
  • Act as the point of contact between Sales and Operations for private events.
  • Align with Sales on event details, requirements, and special requests.
  • Ensure all relevant information is clearly handed over to Operations.
  • Be present on-site for execution of private events to support Operations and help ensure everything meets client expectations.
  • Collect feedback and key insights after events to improve future execution.
    
    
• General
  • Maintain and manage the event calendar for both markets.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with partners, artists, and vendors.
  • Ensure all events follow brand guidelines.
  • Work some evenings and weekends depending on event schedules.

This could be your job if you:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality events, cultural programming, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, you like structure but can stay flexible.
• Creativity and an eye for what makes an event stand out.
• Experience working with partners, and suppliers.
• Confidence supporting on-site execution and working with Operations.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Fluent German and English (both required).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
