HANNspree is active in the European market since 2006, our company specializes in the production and sales of touch monitors, ereader / tablet PCs, and customized display solutions for professional and industrial applications.

We collaborate with IT distributors, system integrators, e-tailers, and project partners across Europe, offering high-quality and innovative products tailored to market needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven
Key Account Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
to maintain and further develop our established business in the area.

The role is strategic and commercial, involving both
relationship management with existing partners
and
business development activities
to expand our market reach.

The Key Account Manager will report directly to HQ and work closely with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and product strategies for the region.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage all commercial activities within the DACH region, ensuring sales growth and profitability.

· Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors, system integrators, and key partners.

· Identify new business opportunities, potential channels, and emerging market segments.

· Develop and execute regional sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.

· Define and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.

· Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the DACH market.

· Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to provide strategic insights to HQ.

· Negotiate commercial terms and key agreements with partners and major accounts.

· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

· Prepare and present regular business reports, sales forecasts, and action plans.

Requirements

· Minimum
5+ years of experience
in sales or business development, ideally within
IT hardware, electronics, or display technology
.

· Proven track record in managing regional sales and achieving growth targets.

· Strong understanding of the DACH market and established relationships within the industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Strategic mindset with hands-on approach and entrepreneurial attitude.

·
Mother tongue German and
fluent in
English
(both written and spoken).

· Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region.
