We are looking for a CRM Architect with strong business acumen. This role focuses on understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and designing and implementing effective solutions based on the Salesforce platform. You will play a key role in developing and optimizing our sales tech stack to support our sales organization and drive business growth.
As part of our team, you will:- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather business needs and translate them into Salesforce implementations.
- Work closely with other technical specialists like analysts, developers, and external contractors to enhance Salesforce's capabilities and implement custom solutions.
- Design and configure the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless workflows and automation, setting objects and role models, and providing system enhancements.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, internal systems, and third-party applications to ensure smooth data flow and data consistency.
- Provide user training and organize ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.
- Assist technical writers in creating technical and end-user documentation.
- At least five years of proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar.
- A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and configuration.
- Proven experience with Sales Cloud and related add-ons.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced integrations with Salesforce.
- The ability to engage with business stakeholders and understand operational challenges to act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with both internal teams and external contractors.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- A Salesforce certification, such as a Salesforce Architect or similar.
- Hands-on experience with specific Salesforce products like Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce.
- The ability to read and write simple Apex code without help from developers.
- Proven experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- A genuine interest in sales and business development within technical, product-oriented companies.
