Was werden deine Aufgaben sein?

Als Area People & Culture Business Partner (m/w/d) besteht deine Verantwortung darin, eine Kultur der Unterstützung und des Engagements für die Primark-Kollegen im Store zu fördern, indem du das People & Culture Team für eine Region führst und in ihrem Alltag begleitest.

  • Du begleitest und berätst unsere lokal verantwortlichen Teams zu personalrelevanten und arbeitsrechtlichen Sachverhalten
  • Du unterstützt und coachst dein People & Culture Team
  • Du sicherst die Umsetzung personalstrategischer Maßnahmen innerhalb der Region
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Retail-Verantwortlichen zusammen
  • Du unterstützt den Area Manager aktiv in der Geschäftsplanung im Hinblick auf alle HR-Belange
  • Du überwachst und optimierst die Umsetzung zentraler Richtlinien und HR-Prozesse
  • Du begleitest in beratender Funktion zu Neuerungen und Systemimplementierungen
  • Du sorgst für die Umsetzung von Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen in deiner Region und überwachst die Nachfolgeplanung

Deine Arbeit zeichnet sich durch deine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und dein Organisationsvermögen aus, und trägt somit maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer PRIMARK Stores bei.

  • Du bist ein erfahrener HR Generalist mit mindestens 5-jähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Teamleitung und Einführung von Neuerungen gesammelt
  • Du bist erfahren in der Führung und Begleitung von Disziplinarmaßnahmen
  • Du bist entscheidungsstark und selbstorganisiert
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Du hast gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du machst dir gerne ein eigenes Bild vor Ort und reist entsprechend gerne
