**YOUR TASKS**

**Take the driver's seat and help us shape the energy transition (your contribution to our mission)**:

- Lead and develop the ECON Research & Knowledge Management Team within the Business Operations division (currently 1 FTE, plus working students/interns)
- Strategically develop our ECON Knowledge Center and take our insights management to the next level
- Provide ongoing, active support to our project teams from an operational perspective
- Deliver information and insights to our project teams from multidimensional sources
- Give actionable options and recommendations from your point of view according to the data collected
- Enable a continuous flow of data from the whole energy market to our team of Directors to identify early trend indicators
- Monitor the research market and analyze new products in order to deliver the best sources of information
- Support Business Operations analytics for the project teams and enable effortless access to existing insights
- Enable upskilling through the usage of ECON internal analytics by showcasing selective data analytics and visualizing capabilities
- Report to our team of Directors
- Leverage the network with key units within the E.ON Group and relevant external research networks
- Control and administer department budget

**YOUR PROFILE**

**Your friends sometimes affectionately call you a know-it-all because you like to get to the bottom of things (and let's face it, you usually know better)? You have a soft spot for data and visualization? Then you could be the right person for us, if you fulfil the following requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Research and/or Knowledge Management
- Successful completion of a university degree course (Master’s/Diploma)
- Good knowledge of agile working methods and tools as well as project management
- Analytical skills to tackle complex challenges
- Strong and proactive client service mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Initial leadership experience and a passion for developing and leading a diverse team
- Good understanding of the energy industry
