Das Sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsbereichs Medical inklusive enger Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Medizintechnik-OEMs, Systemintegratoren und Auftragsfertigern
  • Identifikation von Markt-, Technologie- und Anwendungstrends in einem dynamischen High-Tech-Umfeld
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Ausbau eines internationalen Netzwerks in der Medical-Branche – inklusive Nutzung bestehender Kontakte
  • Ableitung technischer Anforderungen und Produktweiterentwicklungen auf Basis von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Technische Beratung zu Anwendungsmöglichkeiten unserer berührungslosen / optischen High-Tech-Sensorsysteme
  • Intensive Schnittstellenarbeit mit F&E, Applikation und internationalen Vertriebsteams

Das Bringen Sie Mit

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise in Physik, Optik, Elektronik oder Maschinenbau
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Produktmanagement oder technischen Vertrieb in der Medizintechnik (Medical Devices, OEM, Imaging, Sensorik o. Ä.)
  • Nachweisbares Netzwerk in der Medical-High-Tech-Branche und Sicherheit im Umgang mit OEMs & Herstellern
  • Ausgeprägtes technisch-vertriebliches Verständnis sowie strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder Bereitschaft zum Umzug
