Global Sales Director

- You will responsibly coordinate communication with customers and with the various departments and branches of Crane Worldwide at home and abroad. Self-confident and persuasive, you negotiate with partners and service providers in order to achieve the best possible price offers in cooperation with the internal pricing team.
- You skilfully communicate and present all aspects of our global range of services and product portfolio to customers. Of course, as your "first point of contact", you also empathically take care of any customer complaints and complaints and are committed to clarifying and solving possible delivery difficulties or other problems as quickly as possible.
- Last but not least, you reliably and conscientiously compile the data for reporting and prepare it competently and properly for QBRs and KPI reports.
With this cargo on board you can really get started with us
- Vocational training or practical experience in the field of forwarding and logistics services, e.g. as a forwarding logistics specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, wholesale clerk or similar, possibly also studies, e.g. business administration, logistics, economics, industrial engineering, etc.
- Ideally, also professional experience in sales or internal sales; Driving licence class B is an advantage
- Excellent German and written and spoken English
- High interpersonal oral and written communication skills, customer orientation, organizational talent, problem-solving and task prioritization skills, presentation skills and an independent, reliable and well-structured way of working
