Position: Junior Contract Manager

Location: Mannheim, Germany

Remote Work Possibility: yes (2-3 days a week on the client´s office)

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract preferably

Mandatory Languages: German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum)

Eligibility: Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Germany.

We are looking for a smart and proactive SAP SD Support Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you'll act as a vital link between Sales, Field Services, and Accounting, ensuring the seamless operation of contract and pricing processes within our SAP systems. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow into a Junior Contract Manager role, with strong communication skills and a digital-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle in SAP, from creation to maintenance and updates
  • Maintain and adjust pricing and billing data in close collaboration with Sales and Accounting
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, explaining SAP processes and tools in a clear, user-friendly way
  • Take ownership of contract-related workflows, including handling reclamations and ensuring accurate client data
  • Communicate with sales teams to gather pricing information and enter it correctly into SAP
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP SD and CRM systems
  • Support the development of digital solutions and process improvements related to contracts and pricing
  • Be the go-to person for operational questions about SAP contracts and customer master data

Requirements

  • Proficiency in German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum)
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
  • 1–2 years of experience with ERP/SAP systems; SAP SD knowledge is an advantage (training available)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks
  • Digital mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client data management tools
