We are looking to recruit a Contracts Administration Manager for a major pharma construction project close to Frankfurt.
Develop Contract Strategy Plans aligned with client requirementsOversee procurement, tendering, and contract administrationEnsure proper documentation and execution of all contractsImplement contract management procedures with Construction ManagerMonitor contractor compliance and maintain documentation for auditsManage payment certificates, variation orders and insurance verificationCoordinate commercial meetings and cost reportingOversee contract close-out, completion certification and archiving Qualifications
University degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related fieldAdditional qualifications (FIDIC, NEC) desired10+ years' Contract Administration experienceExperience with large-scale Life Sciences/Pharma projectsExcellent communication and organizational skillsFluent in German and English EU work authorization or Blue Card eligibility preferred
