Mission Brief
As Chief of Staff to the CCO, you will be a trusted strategic partner and operational force multiplier. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive alignment, streamline decision-making, and support the scaling of commercial and cross-functional initiatives.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Provide direct support to the CCO in daily operations, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop high-impact materials for executive decision-making, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Act as a thought partner in ideation sessions, helping shape strategic direction and commercial initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity, transparency, and follow-through.
- Drive process optimization and automation to prepare the organization for scale.
- Organize and prepare weekly C-level meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal research to support strategic decisions and synthesize findings into actionable plans.
Qualification Checklist
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Legal Studies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or high-level Operations role.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, German and/or other languages a plus.
