Das Aufgabengebiet
  • Strukturierung und Umsetzung von komplexen Akquisitionsfinanzierungen für Investments im Bereich Special Situations und Carve-Outs 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Deal-Team bei der Transaktionsstrukturierung - von der Frühphase der Due Diligence bis zum Signing und Closing - mit Fokus auf Kapitalstruktur, Covenants und Finanzierungsrisiken
  • Steuerung und Koordination externer Finanzierungspartner und Berater sowie Verhandlung der Finanzierungsdokumente
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Kapitalstruktur bestehender Beteiligungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen (z. B. Refinanzierungen, Working Capital, Sale & Leaseback etc.)
  • Laufendes Monitoring bestehender Finanzierungen inkl. Covenants-Tests und Reporting


Das Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Rechtswissenschaften
  • 6–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, z. B. im Structured Finance (Bank, Debt Fund), Debt Advisor, Corporate Finance, oder im Bereich Capital Markets/Structured Finance eines Finanzinvestors
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Modellierung von LBO-Strukturen, Covenants-Stresstests, Cashflow/Debt Forecasts, idealerweise in Distressed-Situationen  
  • Umfassendes Verständnis verschiedener Finanzierungsinstrumente (Bonds, Loans, Senior/Junior/Mezzanine, Secured/Unsecured, Asset-Based Lending) 
  • Verständnis für den strategischen Einsatz von HoldCo-Strukturen zur Optimierung von Kapitalstruktur und Risikoallokation
  • Analytische Stärke, strukturiertes Denken und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
