Innovation Roundtable
is the leading network for innovation executives in multinational companies. We are looking for motivated
volunteers
to support our upcoming Innovation Roundtable workshop
hosted by Merck in Darmstadt,
focused on
Collaboration & Data for Sustainability and Circularity.

The workshop will explore partnering across the value chain for circularity and Scope 3, availability and sharing of internal data between partners, and the role of digital measurement tools.

As a
volunteer
, you will work closely with our Event Manager and help ensure the smooth flow of the workshop. You will also have the opportunity to
attend selected presentations that are normally reserved for senior corporate leaders.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with check-in and registration
  • Providing information and directions to attendees
  • Helping set up meeting rooms throughout the day
  • Collecting materials and notes from discussion sessions
  • Supporting the event team with ad hoc tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent English skills
  • A proactive and professional attitude
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, or a recent graduate

You will be part of a high-level workshop bringing together experts from leading multinational companies, including Merck Group, BMW, ABB, Evonik, BASF, and Schneider Electric.
