Ihre Rolle: 

Eigenständige Bearbeitung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung komplexer energierechtlicher und -wirtschaftlicher Aufgabenfelder.  Zur Verstärkung unseres Energiemanagement-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Referent:in Energiewirtschaft/Expert Energy Regulations (m/w/d), der/die rechtliche und regulatorische Themen kompetent bearbeitet und unsere Interessen gegenüber Behörden, Verbänden und Partnern vertritt. 

Insbesondere:

  • Monitoring & Analyse von regulatorischen Anforderungen: Rechtsverfolgung im Bereich der Energiegesetze und energierelevantem Umweltrecht, sowie Weitergabe der Informationen an betroffenen Organisationseinheiten.  In diesem Zusammenhang Beobachtung gesetzlicher Entwicklungen und Erarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Merck (Chancen und Risiken).
  • Gesetzesüberblick: Führen einer Übersicht über relevante Energiegesetze und deren Auswirkungen auf Merck unter Nutzung von Legal Tech-Tools
  • Meldepflichten: Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erfüllung energierechtlicher und energiewirtschaftlicher Berichtspflichten, sowie die Abwicklung von energierechtlichen Privilegien (Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Merck internen Schnittstellen, sowie direkte Kommunikation mit Behörden und Marktpartnern)
  • Beratung im Rahmen von Konzepten und Studien: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Energiekonzepten, -studien und -strategien mit energierechtlicher Expertise. Mitarbeit und Beratung im Rahmen strategischer Projekte.
  • Interessenvertretung: Vertretung der Unternehmenspositionen gegenüber Behörden, Verbänden und politischen Institutionen; Erstellung von Stellungnahmen und Strategiepapieren.

Wer Sie sind: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Energiewirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse, sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im energiewirtschaftlichen oder regulatorischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des Energierechts und Verständnis für energiewirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
