Diese Rolle umfasst die Führung und Einsatzplanung des Heizungsteams, die Sicherstellung effizienter Produktionsprozesse sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen und Anlagen. Sie beinhaltet zudem Projektleitung, Schulungskoordination, Unfallanalysen und die Umsetzung technischer Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Was Sie Tun Werden

  • Personalführung sowie Personalbedarfs- und Einsatzplanung für den Produktionsbereich
  • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen (z. B. Feedback- und Disziplinargespräche)
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erreichung der vorgegebenen Produktionsmengen
  • Planung und Betreuung von geplanten Reparaturmaßnahmen und geplanten Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich (optimaler und wirtschaftlicher Einsatz von Mensch, Material und Maschinen sowie Initiieren und Fördern von Aktivitäten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung)
  • Prüfung, Planung und Anpassung bestehender Prozesse und des Materialflusses entsprechend der etablierten Vorschriften inkl. der Erstellung neuer Organisations- und Verfahrensanweisungen, One Point Lessons und Arbeitsablaufbeschreibungen
  • Leitung des Daily Equipment Care und Work Place Organization Deployment Teams und aktive Unterstützung von Plant Optimization zur Kontinuierrlichen Verbesserung
  • Analyse von Trenddaten und Durchführung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Projekten
  • Stetige Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsanlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Zulieferern
  • Beurteilung eingereichter VV's im Bereich und Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Abarbeitung
  • Durchführung von Prozessaudits inkl. Umsetzung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung der definierten Maßnahmen

Was Wir Suchen

  • Abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, indealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeit zur Teamführung und Kommunikation, erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kooperativer Führungsstil, Organisationstalent, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltschutzbestimmungen
  • Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit (fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse)
  • Vorbildsfunktion und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
