If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.Why This Role MattersAs Specialist Supply Chain Retread, you will ensure best-in-class retread service solutions for dealers and end customers by actively supporting all regional and local retread business activities. You will serve as an interface between multiple stakeholders and play a key role in process improvement and reporting excellence.What You’ll DoOrganize and monitor casing collection and shipment.Execute supply planning activities, including inventory optimization, product deployment, and order management.Proactively follow up on customer casings and retread orders.Act as Business Process Expert (BPX) for retread business processes: Ensure compliance with governance models, validate, test, and document process changes, facilitate knowledge transfer and organize training sessions.Lead reporting and analytics for retread operations: Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and train team members.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in process workshops.Support onboarding of new team members and contribute to documentation and collaboration tools.What You’ll BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience.Strong technical skills: MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau; familiarity with SAP and Cognos is a plus.Fluent in English (verbal and written); French or other European languages are an asset.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.Ability to work in an international environment and drive change.Experience in process improvement and reporting is highly desirable.We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
