Working Student: Marketing and Technical Documentation Assistant

Job Description

• Teamwork is dreamwork : You support marketing activities, which include creating social media posts and assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns while ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand strategies
• Keep up to date : You create comprehensive user guides and overview documents to help users understand and effectively utilize the OneEye tool, highlighting its features, benefits, and use cases. Besides, you ensure all documentation is up to date
• Holistic overview : You develop tutorials and video guides to assist users in getting started with the OneEye tool
• Shape the future : You design a comprehensive onboarding guide that covers installation, configuration, and key features in a clear and concise manner, using screenshots and step-by-step instructions
• Take responsibility : You utilize JavaScript to create interactive elements within user guides or web-based documentation

Your Profile

• Study field : You are currently studying Computer Science, Technical Marketing Engineering, Management and Technology or similar
• Experience : You have experience in conducting research and analyzing data to provide actionable insights
• Skills :
• You have basic proficiency in JavaScript for creating interactive content and web integrations
• You have the ability to understand and align with brand messaging and strategies
• You have strong writing and organizational skills to create clear and concise technical documentation
• You have the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content
• Interests: You are familiar with content management systems and SEO principles are a plus
• Personality : You have strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement. Besides, you have strong communication and creative skills for creating engaging marketing content
• Language skills : You have very good English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
