Als zahlenaffiner Teamplayer bist du unser Kompass im Controlling – du behältst den Überblick, machst komplexe Daten verständlich und hilfst uns, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • Finanzsteuerung & Analysen:
    Du übernimmst die Steuerung von Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen, führst Abweichungsanalysen durch und erstellst Business Cases sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für die Geschäftsleitung.

  • Reporting & Transparenz:
    Du entwickelst unser Reporting weiter, baust aussagekräftige Dashboards auf (z. B. Power BI, Excel) und sorgst für klare Entscheidungsgrundlagen im Unternehmen.

  • Investor Relations & Top-Management:
    Du bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen vor und bist direkter Ansprechpartner für Investoren und Shareholder.

  • Strategische Projekte & Wachstum:
    Du wirkst an Themen wie Businessplanung, Investitionscontrolling und Unternehmensentwicklung mit und bringst deine Expertise als Sparringspartner für die Fachbereiche ein.

  • Prozesse & Systeme:
    Du optimierst Controlling-Prozesse und unterstützt beim Ausbau moderner Tools und Strukturen.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

  • Fundierte Basis:
    Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen.

  • Berufserfahrung:
    Mindestens 5 Jahre im Controlling, Financial Planning oder Reporting, gerne auch im internationalen Umfeld.

  • Zahlen- & Tool-Kompetenz:
    Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau) sowie idealerweise mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, DATEV, Oracle).

  • Analytische Stärke:
    Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, liebst Präzision und stellst hohe Ansprüche an die Qualität von Zahlen und Prozessen.

  • Persönlichkeit:
    Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und lösungsorientiert – du gehst proaktiv an Themen heran und arbeitest sowohl im Team als auch eigenständig effektiv.

  • Sprachlich fit:
    Fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
