Das erwartet Dich bei uns
Du liebst strategischen Einkauf und Brand Management? Als Senior Manager Brand Strategy entwickelst Du globale Marken, wählst neue aus und definierst Produkt- und Marketingstrategien. Mit einem Gespür für Trends gestaltest Du das zukünftige NF Produktportfolio. Du definierst und steuerst die strategischen Ziele für den von Dir betreuten Sortimentsbereich.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Du verantwortest das Marketingbudget Deiner Brand und entwickelst geeignete promotional activities
- Als single point of contract Deiner Brand(s) übernimmst Du eigenständig die Kommunikation mit allen internen & externen Stakeholdern sowie unseren Tochtergesellschaften
- Darüber hinaus steuerst Du ein kleines Team und trägst die Personalverantwortung
- Du analysierst und bewertest Produkt-, Markt- und Handelsdaten und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ab
- Du suchst kontinuierlich nach neuen Distributionsmarken und verhandelst sowohl die besten Preise als auch Vertragsvereinbarungen mit Deinen Lieferanten
Das bringst Du mit
- 3-5 Jahre stellenrelevante Erfahrung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Strategic Buying/ Category Management innerhalb der FMCG bzw. Konsumgüterbranche
- Verhandlungserfahrung in Distributionsverträgen
- Organisations-und Kommunikationstalent mit der Fähigkeit an mehreren Projekten gleichzeitig zu arbeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Begeisterung für Beautymarken und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Kosmetikindustrie
- Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Bereitschaft gelegentliche Dienstreisen wahrzunehmen
