*Aufgaben*
Möchtest du Projekte, Prozesse und Innovationen rund um Datenschutz und AI begleiten und optimieren? Hast du Lust, die digitale Zukunft von MHP aktiv und verantwortungsvoll mitzugestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres Data Privacy Teams

Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:

  • Du bearbeitest eigenständig Betroffenenanfragen, koordinierst interne Ansprechpartner und kommunizierst direkt mit den Betroffenen.
  • Du erfasst und dokumentierst Datenschutzvorfälle, steuerst die Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen und überwachst die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Fristen.
  • Du begleitest interne Projekte mit Bezug zu personenbezogenen Daten und übernimmst die Beratungsfunktion.
  • Du managst sämtliche Datenschutzverträge und prüfst diese inhaltlich auf bestehende Datenschutzvorgaben.
  • Du konzipierst und führst interne Datenschutzschulungen durch und entwickelst Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen für verschiedene Fachbereiche.
  • Du begleitest die Einführung von AI-Tools, berätst proaktiv Fachbereiche und hältst dich zu aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich AI und Datenschutz auf dem Laufenden.

*Anforderungen*
Um für deinen Weg als Data Privacy Specialist:in gewappnet zu sein, hast du folgende Qualifikationen im Gepäck:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Recht, Wirtschaft, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mind. 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Privacy
  • Leidenschaft und Affinität für neue Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich AI
  • Expertise in der Bearbeitung von Betroffenenrechten und Datenschutzvorfällen, sowie im datenschutzrechtlichen Vertragsmanagement
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Eigenverantworung und Struktur aus; außerdem hast du ein gutes Gespür für pragmatische Lösungen
