AI Integrations Engineer

We're building a brand-new AI Engineering Team - and this is your chance to join from day one.
As an AI Integrations Engineer, you'll design and build the backend that helps our users quickly find the information they need, right inside our product. You'll connect internal and external systems, ingest and structure data, and make it searchable and easy to consume.

You'll turn ML and AI into real user value, integrating existing models, libraries, and frameworks rather than training models from scratch.

• 3+ years hands-on experience building and operating Spring Boot (Java) services backed by a SQL database
• Experience with Transformer architectures (encoder or decoder) 
• Experience integrating external APIs and connecting diverse systems
• Huge interest in cutting-edge technologies for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Bonus points for hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Python, and AI agents
• Extra edge if you've worked with Kubernetes, Java profiling and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Flexibility & Teamwork: We love our hybrid setup and meet to work on-site at least 1 day/week, with Wednesdays as the designated in-office day. While Wednesday is the minimum, we recommend spending 2 (or more) days in the office each week.
