Für unsere Skincare und Bodycare Marken (unter anderem HelloBody) suchen wir eine/n Produktmanager/in (m/w/d) ab sofort in Vollzeit für unseren Standort Berlin.
- Du entwickelst neue Skincare und Bodycare Produkte- von der ersten Idee bis zum Launch.
- Du beobachtest Markt- und Konsumententrends im Bereich Skincare & Bodycare und leitest daraus innovative Produktideen ab.
- Du koordinierst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Lohnherstellern und internen Teams.
- Du stellst sicher, dass Produktkonzepte, Inhaltsstoffe, Verpackung und Claims perfekt zur Marke passen.
- Du übernimmst die Leitung von Sonderprojekten wie Adventskalendern, Geschenkboxen oder Retail-Sets.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team, um überzeugende Produktstorys und Launch-Assets zu entwickeln.
- 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Beauty, FMCG oder Lifestyle.
- Leidenschaft für Kosmetiktrends und ein gutes Verständnis für Inhaltsstoffe, Formulierungen und Packaging.
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit einem starken Sinn für Ästhetik und Markenqualität.
- Kommunikationsstark, proaktiv und sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung.
