As a Product Manager within the Partner Catalogue team at JET, you will champion our rich media goals, a critical area for driving performance across our vast network of partners, from global giants to local gems. You will be at the forefront of transforming partner media capabilities by leveraging intelligent recommendations, actionable insights, and improving our partner capabilities to express their brand across our real estate. Collaborating closely with the Senior Group Product Manager, you will define and execute the mid- to long-term product strategy and roadmap for this rich media ecosystem, directly impacting partner quality and growth. Your success will hinge on your ability to collaborate with senior leaders across JET and partner with numerous departments to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience that empowers our partners to achieve greater results. Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from Berlin office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Senior Group Product Manager

• Developing and maintaining a mid to long-term product strategy for the rich media domain, working in close partnership with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Facilitating effective collaboration across multiple teams to clearly define opportunities and understand user needs within our complex organization, emphasising the importance of helping one another succeed.
• Defining crucial metrics and leveraging data to measure product performance and track progress towards company objectives, aiming high and driving excellence.
• Leading a continuous Product Discovery process, collaborating with the core team to identify and evaluate potential opportunities aligned with domain objectives, ensuring measurable validation and clear prioritisation.
• Proactively communicating and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, supporting peers on specific topics as needed.
• Ability to initiate and translate a product roadmap into a manageable short-term product backlog, keeping in line with the strategic goals and objectives of the team and business stakeholders.
• Motivated behaviour to solve complex problems with guidance, proposing and presenting solutions to problems to manager for decision making and challenging existing solutions.
