The role
We are seeking a
Senior Technical Program Manager
to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs within our IT department. In this pivotal role, you will align IT operations with organizational objectives, driving strategic initiatives across diverse functions such as IT, Security, Legal, HR, Operations, Customer Care, Marketing, and Finance. With global team coordination at the forefront, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless collaboration, optimizing processes, and delivering impactful results.

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a results-driven mindset to bridge the gap between IT execution and broader business priorities. You will lead major programs like software consolidation, security rollouts, and incident-driven initiatives while ensuring alignment across geographically dispersed teams.

What You'll Do
Drive Strategic Programs

• Lead end-to-end execution of initiatives such as software consolidation, MDM rollouts, vulnerability management, and security programs.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans with milestones, deliverables, and defined success metrics.

Plan and Execute Programs

• Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Security, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, Marketing, and Operations, to achieve program objectives.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and execution teams across global geographies.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and proactively remove blockers to ensure program success.

Provide Data-Driven Insights

• Leverage data analytics to validate business assumptions and track program performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs like cost savings, operational efficiency, and user adoption.

Support Incident Management Programs

• Standardize and enhance protocols for IT and security incident management.
• Lead coordination during high-impact incidents to minimize disruption and drive swift resolution.

Communicate and Align Stakeholders

• Prepare and deliver regular progress updates, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, and All Hands meetings to foster alignment and transparency.

What You'll Bring
Leadership and Collaboration

• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning IT and business operations.
• Experience working with diverse teams across regions and functions to drive alignment and results.

Project Management Expertise

• Proficiency in Agile and traditional program management methodologies.
• Strong track record of managing roadmaps, prioritizing tasks, and delivering complex projects on time.

Technical Acumen

• Familiarity with IT systems, security processes, and tools like Jira, Asana, or Freshworks.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.

Analytical and Strategic Thinking

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Proven capability to validate business requirements and measure outcomes using advanced analytics.

Exceptional Communication Skills

• Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise updates for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and delivering content for leadership briefings, team workshops, and organization-wide updates.
