They're now looking for a
Technical Program Manager
to improve delivery outcomes across their rapidly expanding engineering organization. This is a key role for someone who loves structure, collaboration, and helping technical teams operate at their best.
The Opportunity
You'll sit at the centre of engineering, product, and operations - helping multiple teams plan effectively, execute consistently, and scale efficiently.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Coordinate quarterly and long-term planning cycles across several engineering domains.
- Build and evolve delivery frameworks that drive predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Track and report on delivery performance - turning data into actionable insights.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage risks before they affect timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering managers and product leads to translate goals into measurable execution plans.
- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
- 5–8+ years of experience in
program or delivery management
within software, SaaS, or product-driven tech companies. - Proven record improving delivery performance in multi-team environments.
- Solid understanding of
agile and lean principles
(Scrum, Kanban, or scaled models). - Strong analytical and organizational skills - you know how to forecast capacity and measure throughput.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence peers and leaders without formal authority.
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make complex environments run smoothly.
